What Messages Will I Receive?

If you opt in, you may receive text messages related to:

How to Opt In (Consent Methods)

You will only receive SMS messages if you have provided prior express written consent through one of the following methods:

Method 1: Digital Consent Form (Express Written Consent)

During patient registration, you will complete the consent form on this page, which includes an unchecked consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default; consent is never pre-selected. Checking the box and submitting the form constitutes express written consent.

Method 2: Keyword Opt-In (Express Written Consent)

Text the keyword START to your healthcare provider's phone number. You will then receive a confirmation message with program details including message frequency, data rates, and links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are NOT enrolled until you reply YES. Sending the written text reply YES constitutes express written consent.

All consent records are stored with a timestamp, method of consent (digital form or keyword opt-in), and phone number.

Consent Is Not Required

Consent to receive SMS messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent is NOT required to receive healthcare services from your provider. You may decline or revoke consent at any time without affecting your medical care.

Message Frequency and Data Rates

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and needs. Typical conversations involve 2 to 10 messages. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details. NoBackOffice is not responsible for fees charged by your wireless carrier.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. No further messages will be sent unless you choose to re-enroll by texting START or contacting your provider's office.
